Mr. Alex Cheng has over 25 years experience in information technology, and telecommunications encompassing hardware configuration and software. His background spans application design and development, operations management, IT portfolio strategy, workflow analysis, CRM, EDI, software design and development, outsourcing, and multinational service contracts. Mr. Cheng’s telecommunications experience includes integrated data, voice and wireless networks. Mr. Cheng has held international leadership positions while at IBM and AT&T and has overseen projects and services spanning over 50 countries. He has provided services throughout his career for a variety of clients from technology, financial, food services, real estate, manufacturing, transportation, call center, retail and government sectors. Mr. Cheng has testified in intellectual property and civil litigation cases.
